Our certified coaches are skilled and qualified to provide an individually structured plan for every family's success.

Whether intact, blended, single-parent or divorced, every family has their own unique dynamic.  These circumstances and many others form the basis for our individualized approach to the coaching relationship.  Family strengths are recognized and enhanced while addressing those areas in which parents are challenged.

NEXT STEP FOR SUCCESS® coaching services are a non-therapeutic model of support and help.  Our coaches work cooperatively with the therapist with whom the family has an established relationship.  Our coaching helps the family to:

• Create Structure In The Home

• Instill Confidence In Parenting Skills

• Support The Work Of Specialty Schools And Programs

• Develop More Effective Communication Skills

• Create A Successful Transition Plan

Every family that we work with is extraordinary! NEXT STEP offers a curriculum that is flexible and focuses on the specific needs of each family. Our curriculum includes a series of topic issues from which a parent can choose.  These topics are the foundation of NEXT STEP's philosophy and provide more education and teaching around specific subjects that are of importance to the family - thus providing an even more individualized approach to the coaching relationship.
